Twenty thirteen: widget issues

  • Hi:
    Day 2 on WordPress and first time doing even basic html.

    I inserted a photo in the secondary widget area, but now the primary widget has disappeared and “Proudly Powered by WordPress” is now located right beneath the photo.

    Also, I’d like the list on the About page to appear beneath the photo in the secondary widget area.

    I’d appreciate any assistance.
