Twenty thirteen header dimensions not right

  • So, I have browsed through the topics mentioning twenty thirteen header. I don’t want to make it responsive or to change the default header size, I just want it to work. It says that the dimensions are 1600 x 230, 72 dpi, but it’s not working. I have tried turning the text on and off, changing the colour of the text to white, displaying and non displaying the text and everything else what is mentioned, but it just doesn’t seem to work.

    What do I have to do to have the header properly displayed?
