  • In “AUTHOR – Anthea, Blog,” are “Anthea” and “Blog” clickable links? It could be that your links’ (or visited links’) color is set to red and your text color is set to white (the comma).

What WordPress theme are you using? If it is a theme found in the repository, you should be able to find a support forum here for that theme if you can’t figure out a way to set your text and link color from your customize settings.

Pardon my 2nd paragraph above; I had 2 windows open and see you stated quite plainly you’re using the Twenty Thirteen theme.

The default color of links in Twenty Thirteen is red. Did you customize or make a child theme and change the default text color from black to white (for the comma)?

Could you share a link to your site so that folks could look at the Blog Page showing up as Category Archives? Did you get to the page you’re describing by clicking on a post’s tag or category which is called “blog”, or are you saying that you clicked on a single blog post to read and you end up on a category archives page?

When you are on a category archives page, it will read “Category Archives: category name” across the top band. The posts from that category will be listed under that, with the most recent post of that category and its title first. If you have only one post in that category, that will be the only post listed on that page.

Hi Jeffnar, yep, on the twenty thirteen, here is my blog site:

    myhomenaway.org

I’m not a computer savvy gal, I hope it is an easy quick fix.

    Cheers!
