Twenty Ten theme – edit default menu?

    Can someone please tell me how I can modify the default menu and add classes to list items and their parent tag?

    I’d like to edi the menu html, I cant for the life of me find out how to do it.

    Any help very much appreciated.

  • Go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus

    Create a custom Nav Menu, and assign it to the appropriate Theme Location.

    To add custom CSS classes to specific list items, click “Screen Options” (upper right-hand corner) and ensure that the checkbox is enabled for custom CSS classes. Then, each menu item will have a field in which you can add your custom CSS classes.
