twenty ten multiple registered sidebars need navigation within

I have registered several sidebar ids. I have created page templates that get a specific one of these different sidebars. I would like to now make a page template that creates a page that does not show up on the top menu navigation bar but instead shows up on a navigation menu list within the sidebar. I would like this new template to still retain the navigation menu bar on top showing all other pages (minus this current one).

I could easily place html into the sidebar however, I am building this site as a content management site for a client that does not know html.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am not a php person but can get my way around if someone points the way to code I can copy.
