how did you get the dropdowns to work?

Just made a menu under APPEARANCE > MENUS

Don’t edit the Twenty Ten theme. Instead create a child theme for your customisations. Once your child theme is active, we should be able to help with the customisation.

I see now from the example above what you were saying on my other thread re: pages with parent pages. I had hoped that there was some easy functionality like this that I could add to my menu, but this does not appear to exist.

I was just considering your widget suggestion and noticed that there is a dropdown menu widget that lets me call the custom menu lol

but it appears that first I need to deal with my child theme issues first…
