[Twenty Sixteen] Remove White Space that follows when scrolling

So in my page I found an annoying white space,
It’s actually already there when I use this theme, I just didn’t bother it yet…

So if you open to my site, you will notice it when you scroll down to colored section

There’s white space on top (exactly bottom of browser’s link address) and bottom( if you use windows it should be exactly at the top of your taskbar)

Actually it’s like wordpress navbar on top(the one with your profile),
It keeps following where I scroll, the difference is
it’s just white! And I don’t know how to remove it…

Btw, it’s not header or footer problem I think…
