Twenty sixteen customization bug?

Same here.
There must be a new feature or something that requires 4.4, but 4.4 is not out, so we can’t update the theme until the official release in December or the beta this month. Right now I’m using the previous version that works with 4.3.1

Would it possible to find the last version of twentysixteen that can be customised? Can someone put online somewhere (pretty please with bells on).

I concur. This is a great theme but this puts a cramp in things. I de-activated the theme and tried twenty fifteen, then tried to go back to twenty sixteen but no go. Good thing I have a backup ??

I know there are some out there with no backups or child themes, so to lend a hand here is a link to the prevision theme version that seems to be working. Note that this version doesn’t include security updates and other improvements that the new one does.

Which theme comes nearly to twenty sixteen. I loved this one and I want to get one theme like this which is still working (without a WP-Version which doesn’t exist until now).
Can someone give me a hint?
