  • WordPress doesn’t have any Customizer section called “content options”, and themes should not either (as themes don’t create content). But if you had one theme that shows it, that theme has added it.
    It could be from a plugin, or even a theme that supports a plugin (like JetPack)

    No, not WordPress functionality. It is likely a theme option.

    Yeah, some WordPress default themes have this options

    but some times this customize option doesn’t show for me

    in another installation is showed for me, but not in this one, All caches are disabled but not work

    Then it is probably a plugin option, like JetPack. Believe me, it is not WordPress.
