Twenty-Fourteen themes

  • Can anyone explain why the WordPress theme Twenty-Fourteen background and colours are available for the WordPress.com blog but not available for a hosted site using the WordPress Twenty-Fourteen theme. There are only limited features in the Twenty Fourteen theme.
