• Does the twentyfourteen theme offer the ability to easily add tracking code (e.g. Google Analytics) via the theme’s options panel? I can’t find it, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t there.

    Thanks. I have not. I know plugins can provide a solution, but I was wondering if the twentyfourteen theme had this capability built in.

    No, part of that reason is because it is closer to plugin functionality. It’s one of those things that if you switch a theme you want to keep active and not lose. ?? Having to look for that code can be a hassle and then questioning where it should be placed is even worse. And now I’m just rambling. But yes, a plugin solution would be best. ??
