Twenty Fourteen Mobile and Full site option

  • Please help! I have just changed my web page to twenty fourteen. When I go to it on my ipad and iphone, It is all one page, my widgets are at the bottom after the static page. Is there a way to make it look just like it does on my computer? I don’t like the widgets on the bottom like that. Also I’ve read it seems everyone else but me is able to go to Appearance > Mobile, I do not have that option. That would make this a lot easier, as I do not know code! One other thing, I do not have the option at the bottom of the mobile site to click “full site”. Is there a way to get that on there?

  • There is no appearance mobile on 2014.

    If you don’t like the site responding to smaller devices as you’ve mentioned, try using a theme that is NOT responsive. There are many, but most people choose not to use them as this kind of display is not very user friendly.
