Hope this is the right place.

I’m just getting started with WP, been playing all night, and have encountered a problem with my header menu.

I have the menu set up like this:

    Home (Custom link)
    Articles (Category)
    Podcasts (Category)
    >Podcast 1 (Category)
    >Podcast 2 (Category)
    >Podcast 3 (Category)
    About (Page)

I’ve made three test posts, one for Podcast 1, one for Podcast 2, and one for Articles. They all show up on the Home Page, and the Recent Posts.

First problem is that clicking on Articles gives me a Not Found error. I’d also like all posts in the Podcast sub categories to come up when clicking on Podcasts.

I really don’t know what’s going wrong, I’ve checked everything multiple times. I’m running a local install on WAMP. Any help at all would be really appreciated, and if I’ve left out any info let me know.

    Thanks, beforehand!

Is it OK to BUMP this? I’m still having the same menu problem.

Wanted to post to say I fixed my problem through Settings > Permalinks, and changing the structure to “/index.php/%category%/%postname%/”. All appears to be working now.
