Twenty fourteen – Featured image (post) crop remove

  • Hello there,
    I would love if someone could help me change the featured image size on my posts.

    Is there a way for it to have a certain width but not be cropped vertically?

    I tried modifying height from class=”post-thumbnail” with no success. Maybe a function could do the magic?

  • I use power-point to extend the images to where I want. I then take a snip-it and use that in twentyfourteen media. I realize that is probably not the best techie way of redoing image sizing, but my images are from power-points I give so it works for me. I’d love to learn how others fix image sizing! Best, Patty
