Twenty Fifteen Theme Troubles with IE and android

For some reason, in ie when you load the home page or any page it will not scroll. It does however work fine in chrome and android.

When loading on an android device, for some reason it acts like it wants to redirect somewhere, you say cancel on the android device because the warning says it could be dangerous, hit the back button and then it loads correctly.

Thanks to all in advance, not much of a programmer or bug chaser, just helping families out. This sure is a great community of helpful people, sure do appreciate you.
