Twenty Eleven: Widget Side Bar Not Showing

Hi,
I’m using WordPress 3.4, and the Twenty Eleven template (1.4). I have a static page for my homepage. I’m trying to add a widget on my side bar but to no avail. It never shows (on the right). I use this template on two other blogs but haven’t had any problems with the right column. Here’s the site I’m trying to modify:
