Twenty Eleven Theme – Spacing Problems

Running the 2011 theme on the latest WP, 3.2.1. I am using a child theme and so have a custom style.css but I am having trouble with some extra spacing. Can anyone show me what I can add to the css to remove:
1: Spacing above/below the “Continue Reading —>” text
2: Spacing below the Navigation bar and a post title, shown here
3: The spacing between a post title (home page) and the horizontal line above/below the text, as shown here.
