Twenty Eleven theme sidebar look and feel

Hi,

I have installed and played around with twenty eleven theme and added a few plugins which is starting to take shape. The left hand sidebar navigation menu looks quite bland with a look of a bulleted list. Are there any plugins I can use to really change the appearance and make the sidebar look like nice roll over button effects?
