Twenty Eleven theme issues with displaying picture in gallery post

Try setting a featured image for each post.

Thanks for the idea. I did try that and all it seems to do is change the header to the featured image. The picture on the homepage stays the same (as an example, I set a featured image for the Sun Beams in Hammonasset post https://www.outandaboutmom.com/2011/08/16/sun-beams-in-hammonasset/)

Any other ideas?

Have you tried inserting the image in your post instead?

Thanks for your note. I’m not exactly sure what you are suggesting. There are a bunch of images inserted in my post. I just can’t figure out how to set one image to be the one that shows on the front page for a gallery post.

I think maybe I am missing your suggestion. Is there another way you can put it?
