  • likely nothing to do with the changes;
    more to do with the removed searchform and the existing default right margins on #site-title and #site-description;

    try to add, and test:

    .no-header #site-title, .no-header #site-description { margin-right: 1%; }
    or:
    #site-title, #site-description { margin-right: 1%; }
