Twenty Eleven multiple rotating headers on website

    I have tried so hard to find the answer to this problem without any success, so I’m hoping someone can give a helping hand.

    I have used the twenty eleven theme as a template to create my own custom theme for my school website.

    I want to have one set of rotating headers (4 images of microchips) on my homepage, and another set of rotating headers on my subpages (10 images of equipment).

    In functions.php, I have been trying to duplicate the header codes and manipulating them without success.

    In addition, I would like to for each image to be clickable, so when clicked on will go to a specific page.
