Twenty Eleven comments link

I’m using a third party comment system and I’m trying to figure out how I can direct both the comment link under the post and the comment bubble in twenty eleven theme to the bottom of the related post.

This is the area where the newest comment would be and my comment box, I used a recent comment plugin to do this, but I can’t figure out how to do it with Twenty Elevens built in links.

It directs to #respond, I need it to direct to .entry-meta or .edit-link, anything at the bottom of the post.
