Tweets to Comments

I like the idea of pulling likes and retweets into my comments, but I’m confused about how to do it. Yes, I read the FAQ and saw the snippet. But, I don’t know WHERE to put this snippet of code. In a file? Which file, and where in the file? In Disqus somewhere?

I use Disqus with this plugin, so maybe I won’t find a solution to my problem, but I’m still hoping!

I’ll probably ditch Disqus in the future if/when Social adds Google+ to the mix, but right now both Disqus and G+ are important in the community I’m involved with. I really like what Social has to offer.
