Tweets not being imported

  • Same problem here.

    Import used to work fine. Now no longer working, not showing errors or anything.

    Would also appreciate a “Test configuration” button in the plugin that executes a fetch immediately and shows the results and/or errors.

    Could this have something to do with the changes to Twitter’s timeline?

    Hi all,

    We managed to get around this issue by adding twitters updated ip range to our firewall rule on our web server. This could be the same issue for you guys, the full list of IPs we have allowed are as follows:

    104.244.40.0/21, 185.45.5.0/22, 185.45.5.0/24, 185.45.5.33, 185.45.5.44, 192.133.76.0/22, 199.16.156.0/22, 199.59.148.0/22, 199.96.56.0/21

    Must be something different; we have no firewall for outgoing requests.

    Temporarily disabled all security plugins, tried wp-control, also getting:
    Successfully executed the cron event import_tweets_as_posts
    But still no new tweets visible.

    Just installed on WP 4.5.2 hosted on Hostmonster

    Installs; settings are clear

    Nothing retrieved; no messages

    Has this ever worked for anyone?
