Tweets are not publising by deulat on private accounts

Hello,

If a twitter account is added as “private”, the default “automatic tweets” on post publishing is unchecked on the post editor’s publishing-widget. The option is checked by default only when the account is “shared”.

I am sure that there is not mistake my end. Because I turned on the option ” Enable Tweeting by default ? ” in the advanced settings.

I double checked switching the accounts private and shared. No change. Then I tried to re-install the plugin tried the basic trouble shooting steps. No use.

Could any one tell me how to fix this issue and make the account on “publishing-widget” be turned on by default and publish tweets on post publishing as it should be?
