Tweetmeme adds certain characters to the tweet

Hi,
First i wanted to give you a big thank you for this amazing plugin.
Right now i have 2 issues i want to fix:
1) When the user click on the button, there are special characters apear in the tweet for example the tweet will be like this:
RT @tweetmeme 23 Dell Smartphone on the Way ? 1 c John Adams 27 https://bit.ly/1w7eu9
I don’t know how to get rid of this part : ? 1 c John Adams 27

2) I don’t want the button to appear in the home page, is there a way to make it only show only on the posts? can i hardcode it instead of making the plugin add it ?
