Tweeting weird links

It looks like TOP is maybe sharing the un-published page or post from your template. Can you please double check if that page/post exist in your back-end.

Please login into your site and then got to Posts section or Pages section and search for “portfolio-fullwidth-grid”. When you find that post or page please delete it.

You can also check those 2 videos that are explaining how to delete posts and pages.
