Tweeter API no longer active

Thanks for the wonderful work that you made and that i’m about to use on a world bike trip !
I tried to open my tweeter feed but i’v got that error :
Error reading twitter feed: https://api.twitter.com/1/statuses/user_timeline.xml?include_entities=true&include_rts=false&trim_user=1&screen_name=kakounet&count=10If i follow that URL i see that (on api.twitter.com) :
