Tweet downloads return HTTP 500 errors?

Hi,
For a few days, my Apache log is full of HTTP 500 errors (every hours when Twitter-tools downloads new tweets)GET /index.php?aktt_action=backfill_tweet_data&tweet_id=xxx&social_api_key=xxx
But the feed is still populated on the blog!? Any idea?
How to debug this issue?Regards,
