Tweet Blender – Display a different hashtag depending page

I found Tweet Blender and really like what it does. I’m just wondering if someone could help me in changing the code so it displays a different hashtag depending on what page the viewers are on. I can get it to insert the correct hashtag, I just need to know where in the code to edit the plugin to make this happen. Haven’t really had much experience messing around with plugins yet.
