    Hi,

Im having troubles to display my twitter feed on my website.

I use the free plugin, and I have no problem to create a feed.
I displays all my tweets fine when I’m editing the feed in the admin interface.

However, on my website, the tweets are not displayed. Only my twitter user name and description appear.

Is there an easy way to fix this ?

    Thanks,

    Hi @gbsol,

Thank you for contacting us! Could you provide a link to the page where you are displaying the Twitter feed so we can take a closer look at this?

    Thanks!

    Hi Louis,

Unfortunately I’m testing this on a developpment version of the website, to which I can’t provide an easy access.

I know that it’s less than ideal for you to help me.

If that can help, here are a couple screenshots of what i mean :

What it looks like in the feed edition page :

And what it looks like on the front end :

    Many thanks for your help,

    Hi Guillaume,

It’s possible that the problem is caused by a conflict with the site’s theme or another plugin. You can test this by temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes, disabling all other plugins, and then checking if the feed appears normally on the page. If so, you can reactivate things one at a time, checking the feed after each change, to find what is causing the conflict.

You can also try going to the page where you have added the feed, opening your browser’s developer tools, and checking for any errors in the console.

If these steps do not help you locate the problem, if you are able to publish the site to a public URL temporarily, we’d be happy to take a closer look.

    I hope this helps!

    Best regards,
    Louis
