Tweaking the Add to Cart functionality

Hi

I’m currently working on a site and my client has some products that need the price to be hidden.

I’ve set the price to be hidden in the specific products which works fine, however it’s made the Add to Cart button hidden, and on the product category page there’s usually a button that says Select Options which has also disappeared.

I realise that’s essentially the function of hiding the price, but my client would like people to still be able to Select Options and then use a button called Add to Quote (the Add to Quote button is from a plugin and works fine).

My client would also like the Add to Cart button to display on the product page but still have it disabled but greyed out, so users can see that a button should be there but as it’s disabled it’ll encourage people to use the Add to Quote button. (This essentially lets my client give any customer wanting this product a personalised quote based on what variables they’ve picked).

Is there a way to do both of these:
Display the Select Options button on the category page
Show the Add to Cart button on the product page but disabled and greyed out

We’d need this to work for any product that has the price hidden.
