Tweaking Author Role

    I installed the Capabilities plugin but it’s not as granular as I need.

    I’m trying to remove the “Create New Category” for Authors on my blog. Currently all Authors can create new categories and my list is getting too long. I want them to be able to select categories, but not create new ones.

    Any advice?
