TV channels not playing

  • I thought the free version worked. It did not. So, I purchased the pro version. It is not working either for a majority of channels. I then went to their site for support. Out of some ten to fifteen links, only two or three of them work. I know this is not for support for the Pro version but something is not correct. Need help. Please?
