Display random posts slideshow in sidebar and reduce bounce rate to half

Hi Guys,

I have created a small tutorial on my website to dispaly random posts using a simple plug in.

All I can tell you about the results is that I have got my bounce rate from 90% to 40% in just 2 weeks. and its going down rapidly.
