Also, I tried emailing you via the website where you get the PRO one but it seems your email is not working since it returned me with an error.

`Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

    [email protected]

    Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain jquerybuilder.com by jquerybuilder.com. [209.99.16.94].

The error that the other server returned was:
    550 No Such User Here

The author cannot help you here, you’re their customer. For pro or commercial product support please continue to contact the author directly on their site.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

I will kindly ask for a refund since this seems to be a not so much functioning plugin. The [login-user] and [login-user-name] doesn’t have any distinction since it’s actually the same, you’d think one of them will be for the ‘Name’ itself but No, it is only for Username. As per the custom email it doesn’t support HTML tags nor the regular ones doesn’t have any format for line breaks when received via email. This all in addition to no manual or tutorial or a detailed documentation.

Thank you for your reply but as I have said on my second post, it seems like I am not able to contact their email since it is non-existent and the social icons on their website doesn’t lead to anywhere.

I read your second post too. I’ve also not closed this topic because I am hoping the author replies with “Let’s take this to my site url-here.com where it belongs.”

If the author does chime in here to support you then they’ll be cautioned about that. That’s really not permitted here for supporting a plugin’s paid customers.

I’m waiting for that as well since I have no other ways to contact them aside from this plugin page of theirs. Even the Contact Us page of their doesn’t seem to work. I’m a bit sad about it.
