Tutor LMS Quiz is not working

Hi Tutor LMS Team, I have encountered a severe problem with the quiz option of Tutor LMS Pro plugin.
When I click submit quiz button after clicking the quiz’s option, it returns me to the quiz page again and doesn’t show the answer. Also, I can click any links while on the quiz page.

How do I fix it? Thank you.
