Tutor Instructor Roles

Hi,

Tutor Instructor is from our plugin. LP Instructor is from LearnPress I guess. User roles are saved in the database and not deleted when you delete a plugin.

What data does your plugin leave after I delete the plugin?

Usually, no plugin deletes any data when you delete the plugin because the plugin gets deleted in the process of update.

If you need to delete all Tutor LMS data, you need to install the plugin again. Then navigate to Tutor LMS > Settings > General and enable Erase upon uninstallation and then deactivate and delete the plugin. It will show you a message that you are about to delete all Tutor LMS data.

Please note that even after doing these, user roles have to be removed manually. This is how actually WordPress manages adding and to remove user roles.

I have manually deleted your plugins database table, but I don’t know why the role still exists, which other data should I delete?

If I delete all of your plugin data, why isn’t that role deleted?
