Tutlor lms courses not showing start learning instead of add to cart

Could you please check we are getting frequent queries from our client. Also after the 3.0 major update we are facing many issues.

Did you enable Public Course in Course Builder General Options? If you enabled this option, kindly disable it and check if this resolves the issue.

Kindly disable the Public Course option in the Course Builder settings. If you set a paid course to Public, then the paid course will convert to free.

If we disable public courses, the course is not showing, it shows login form. Also after login to the user account, its showing start learning button

Once we clicking its saying

“Please enroll in this course to view course content.

Course name : All About Ai in Excel – Upskill Your Knowledge

View Course“

Thank you for sharing the details.

I noticed that the Public Course option is still enabled. To resolve the issue, please follow these steps carefully:

1. Disable the Public Course option in the Course Builder settings.
2. Next, navigate to WP Dashboard > Tutor LMS > Settings > Course, and disable the Course Visibility option.
3. Clear your website and browser cache.

Once you’ve made these changes, test the course page again. This should resolve the issue.
