    Hello, I was using WProcket for optimizing my website and minify files. It was working nice without any layout issue or whatsoever. But Today when I installed your Autoptimize plugin, and turned on the “Aggregate all linked CSS-files?” my homepage layout has changed. I tried several time by purging all the cache but no change. But disabling the said option makes my homepage what it should be. So what should i do?
    You can please see the screen shots here-

    Can you test what happens if you (un)check “also aggregate inline CSS”?

    Checking or un-Checking “also aggregate inline css” does not affect the layout at all. Means the homepage appears what it should be. What should i do?

    OK, now in the CSS> optimization exclusion field, can you try excluding one of below each line and report back?

    * wp-content/themes
    * OR wp-content/plugins

    Thank you. Adding wp-content/themes works well. No layout change in front end. But tell me plz, by adding this exception does the optimize really works? I have now checked the first three option in the CSS settings.

    well, the impact of excluding it on performance is minimal, as only 2 files are excluded. you can likely make it even a tad more specific by excluding wp-content/themes/xts-hitek/style.min.css instead. but there still is a lot of other CSS that is optimized (aggregated & minified), so optimizing still works very well ??
