Turning Footer Columns into Rows

Hi,

Currently using the dara theme which creates footer columns. For example if you are wanting to add multiple widgets to footer 1, they get put onto the page in columns. I am wondering if it is possible to make them into rows. This would mean I am able to make 2 rows (Footer 1 and Footer 2) each with 3 widgets meaning visually it would all look a lot better as the widgets would all be lined up in 2 rows.
