when i login i get this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function hyper_count() in /home/someuserhere/somesitehere.com/wp-content/plugins/hyper-cache-clear-link/hyper-cache-clear-link.php on line 30

Plugins folder doesn’t have any folder starting with Hyper.

it appears the hyper-cache-clear-link plugin has an issue, but the plugin folder doesn’t exists, and i searched root and wp-admin for “hyper” trying to catch and remove the hyper_count() fatal, but couldn’t find any file with such term.

wp-config file also doesn’t contain the define WP-CACHE entry.

What should i manually remove and from which wordpress file, in order to gain admin control back in /wp-admin. sidebar looks ok, just any link from admin sidebar gives me the same FATAL error above.

i am not certain about the wordpress version number.

    Please help.

    Hi,

    The solution was:
My hosting support were able to use the Worepress CLI mode to access the admin console and by doing that, they removed the plugin from the list.

following that, the admin page was loading ok.

    Thanks.

Hi Shaysh, that is great news ?? If there is no more issue could you mark this support thread as resolved.

    Thank you kindly.

    Done.

Hello I have the same error (Fatal error: Call to undefined function hyper_count() in /home/kynning/workinworkout.ru/docs/wp-content/plugins/hyper-cache-clear-link/hyper-cache-clear-link.php on line 30) – could you please provide more details how to fix it?

Do I have to contact my hosting support?

    Thanks a lot!

You’re using the plugin hyper-cache-clear-link which relies on hyper cache without checking if the plugin is active. Remove it and the problem will be solved.
