    Hi Reinaldo
Seems something is wrong with your theme .
There are ~ 670 downloads and none has this problem

Also the CSS ( stylizing ) that this plugin does is self-contained so it doesnt affects any other parts of the website structure beside the popup itself .

Side note and totally not related to this topic: Fake reviews can get your plugin removed from the WordPress repository. Those reviews are deleted and the plugin team is getting notified about that behavior.

Please cut that out and stop it.

@jdembowski – How the hell did those get made anyways? fake accounts? I just looked at this and was blown away by the review count, since there are no actual reviews to go with them and its a relatively new plugin.

Not to take away from the author but our plugin is ~90 days old and includes everything his pro does for free + 100x more, and we have generated 55+ honest reviews which take time and cultivation to make happen. Most of which generated through resolving support tickets. Seems to me that the review system itself may need some updating as to my knowledge it hasn’t been modified in quite a long time, while the rest of WP grows around it.

@skomfare2 PS on a side not, if you want to build reviews like that for real it comes down to offering excellent support more so than a great product. A great product will drive reviews but great support can make reviews grow very quickly.

That said you should never tell someone that it definitely wasn’t your plugin causing the problem. Suggesting their theme may be the issue is ok, but from my experience( 5+ years on wp.org ), throwing the blame elsewhere right off the bat will likely result in negative reviews. Always begin with something more like I would be glad to help track it down with you and if you determine after looking at it that the theme is the cause, then make that assumption. You are much more likely to get rewarded with a good review that way.
