Turn on wp_new_user_notification?

  • I read that WordPress includes a wp_new_user_notification that send an e-mail to the administrator every time a new user registers for membership, however when a new user registers, I as the administrator do not receive an e-mail notification.

    How do I turn this feature on?

  • It is on by default. Can you receive emails if you use the Forgotten Password link at login?

    Thx, using a non-admin account I did as you suggested, clicked on the forgotten password link and flled in the requested info. The non-admin account received an email to reset the password.

    But how do I as the administrator configure wordpress to email me when someone new rgisters for membership?.
