turn off VPN to visit front end of site

  • Great Plugin!
    A visitor to our site complained that he had to turn off his VPN to visit the front end of our site. We are blocking the usual bad IPs from the front end. Could this mean that his VPN is included in one of the blocked ranges? Or is something else happening?
