Hi, On behalf of my client, were actually planning to remove Paypal as a payment option on our checkout page but the problem is, there are active subscriptions in our list that uses Paypal as their payment option. if we turn this off does it will affect their subscriptions? and also can our customers still be able to renew their subscription using Paypal? or is there a way to only show this Paypal option for those users who have an active subscription and won’t be visible to other customers?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @websitelearnings

In the past, the subscription payment used to be managed from the WooCommerce website, and you would not be able to turn off the plugin, without affecting the subscription renewals. In our new PayPal Payments plugin, the renewal payments are managed from PayPal itself, not the plugin.

There should be no issue with the existing subscriptions and its renewals after deactivating our plugin.

Let us know if you have any other questions and if we can mark this thread as resolved.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
