Turn off synchronization between local server and internet

    My pc is connected with internet, at the same time I use wordpress site on local server (wamp). When I browse a post or page locally then the post or page is loading from the internet That means it consume my internet bandwidth.
    Now How to Turn off synchronization between local server and internet?
