Turn Off Product Prices

Just to be clear, that option removes the price from the product page and not from the main catalog page. If you are referring to the product page, then, just so we have a better understanding of the situation, could you provide a URL to your page so we can take a look? Hopefully viewing the page would give us a clue of the potential issue. Alternatively, there might be some information in the page source code or dev console that we could make use of.

Is there an option for using this as a pure catalogue and not displaying prices anywhere? If not, is there a plan to introduce this? I would like to confirm this before signing up.

To clarify, including prices for your products is completely optional. If you do not include a price for a product, then no price will be displayed for that product. Additionally, since none of your products will have a price, you can toggle on the Disable Price Filtering option in Settings > Basic to remove that filtering option from the Catalogue sidebar.
