Turn Off on Specific Pages

I’ve seen previous support posts to address this issue but the AddtoAny hide/reveal option is not appearing in my wordpress page editor. We’re using the wordpress premium theme, Enfold. Could the theme be blocking it from appearing? Is there a setting within the wordpress settings/admin areas that turns it on or off? It’s also not appearing in the editor “screen options” where you previously mentioned users could hide or reveal addtoany within the page editor. ??
