Turn off on smartphones

    Hi:

    I use WPFront Notification Bar to let users know that my page ( https://www.accuratecommunications.com ) is bilingual. However, I would like it to appear when the visitor is coming from a computer but not when he/she is coming from a smartphone.

    I know this can be done with a little bit of CSS code but have no idea how. Can you help?
